Here is a small selection of my work

I write website copy, blog posts, articles and product descriptions but I believe in understanding the customer, the brand, your products and business, before I write a single word.

Usability Reviews

Using remote user testing and detailed competitor analysis, across a range of devices, I can review your website and provide a report that includes a list of items to fix, enhance or A/B test.

User Acceptance Testing

I can create test plans and then throughly test your website until it is error free across a range of devices and browsers. I log issues with reproducible steps so a developer can easily review and fix them.

Here is a selection of the copywriting projects I have completed. Work includes blog post, top 10 lists, infographics, product pages and converting press releases into compelling articles. I particularly love writing about food & travel but I will happy write about anything as long as I am provided with the right brief.

Usability Reviews

I absolutely love usability testing – I really enjoy watching & listening when people are using websites. I never fail to be surprised when they don’t do what I think they should do! Seeing real people use your site is the best way to discover how to improve it.
